ArchiveBridge provides digital estate organization services designed to help individuals document and organize online accounts, digital assets, subscriptions, and related information for future access by trusted individuals.
Our services may include digital asset inventories, secure vault organization, documentation for executors, and digital asset recovery assistance when requested.
ArchiveBridge is not a law firm, financial advisor, or licensed fiduciary. The information and services provided are organizational and informational in nature and should not be interpreted as legal, financial, or tax advice.

Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials, account information, or access instructions provided to ArchiveBridge.
ArchiveBridge is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or unsecured information provided by the client.
ArchiveBridge assists with organizing and documenting digital assets but cannot guarantee access to third-party platforms such as financial institutions, email providers, social media platforms, or cloud services.
ArchiveBridge does not guarantee successful access to, recovery of, or transfer of any digital assets, accounts, or data stored on third-party platforms.
Outcomes depend on third-party policies, legal documentation, and technical constraints beyond our control.
Certain ArchiveBridge services require payment before vault creation, planning sessions, or recovery work begins. Fees for services will be clearly communicated prior to engagement.
Maintenance or hosting fees may apply to ongoing digital vault services.
Due to the nature of digital organization and consulting services, all payments are non-refundable once services have commenced.
If a client cancels prior to the start of services, a partial refund may be issued at the sole discretion of ArchiveBridge.
ArchiveBridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of access to third-party accounts, data loss outside our systems, or actions taken by third-party platforms.
ArchiveBridge reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at any time if a client provides false information, engages in unlawful activity, or violates these Terms.
Clients may also terminate services at any time, subject to the refund policy outlined above.
All materials, systems, and processes developed by ArchiveBridge remain the intellectual property of ArchiveBridge unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients retain ownership of their personal data and digital asset information.
ArchiveBridge implements modern security practices including encrypted storage and secure client portals to protect sensitive information. While we employ strong security measures, no system can guarantee absolute protection from all potential risks.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of ArchiveBridge services shall be resolved in the courts located within the State of Ohio.
ArchiveBridge shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyber incidents, or service outages from third-party providers.
ArchiveBridge may update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect service updates or legal requirements. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
